The planning and approval stage can take from 4-8 weeks depending on Council requirements and relative legislation.

Once our detailed Quotation is approved and a Home Building Contract signed, the contract amount is fixed and does not alter, unless a fully costed variation document is approved by all parties (variations are usually client changes or additional requests for work).

Variation procedures are built into the contract and Quotation and are explained in detail before signing. You will not be ask for anything “extra“ if you are not made aware of and have approved it beforehand.

You have full control over all colour choices and material finishes, including tiling and fixtures for the bathroom areas, as well as working with a kitchen designer when having a new kitchen installed.

We work closely with all our clients to help make sure their ideas and requirements are achieved.

No, we can take care of the complete approval process as well as supply all required plans and documentation.

We have an in-house design and drafting team to complete all the architectural plans.

Most councils’ fees and charges are included in our Quotation.

The total contract amount includes up to 10 progress claims or stages.

A maximum 10% deposit is payable once the approval process is complete.

After particular stages of construction are completed, a relevant payment will be due, with the payment schedule documented is the Home Building Contract.

A site inspection and meeting can then be arranged to discuss your project in detail. After that a detailed quotation and proposed floor plan can then be drawn up and sent to you to review.
