I would just like to thank Dave and his team for the fantastic job that was done on my home, from a single story to a modern double story. It has now more than doubled and the space is so just a delight. All my friends think it was a knock down and rebuild because it’s just so different and beautiful!
Throughout the entire process, Dave kept me informed along the way and I knew exactly what to expect and on what day, so I could work my life around it.
There are a lot of decisions to make when renovating/building and I am just thankful that Dave was calm and patient throughout the whole experience. There were no sneaky surprises of extra money that needed to be paid as Dave was upfront with every detail.
The work that was done was professional and in a timely manner. We felt comfortable having them around even though living through the renovations are not ideal!
